| The parish extends from Lodge Bay in the south to Norman Bay in the north. Since the early 1990's and the Cod Moratorium, the parish has been reduced to eight congregations, six of which have been accessible by road since 2001. The community of Battle Harbour itself, from which the parish takes its name, is no longer inhabited - but rather an impressive tourist attraction. Although services are no longer held there, St. James Anglican Church has been fully restored and is well worth a visit. | ||
