The U-Rock Volunteer Awards are on!

The U-Rock Volunteer awards are a chance to recognize the young people and youth-led organizations that do so much for Newfoundland and Labrador. There will be 8 awards given out this year, and everyone nominated will be invited to the URock Volunteer Awards Show, with red carpet and rock bands rolled out to make it a party. Nominations are due in by February 27th!

This award is being organized by the Voluntary Non-Profit Secretariat of the Provincial Government both to acknowledge the acheivements of volunteers and enourage even more people to get out and get involved. The awards will be given out at a gala evening for all nominees, with live music from local rock bands.

The more people know about these awards, the more get a chance to shine on stage and online - so spread the word widely!
