In 2002, we incorporated the club as a not-for-profit community group, and changed the official name to Baccalieu Amateur Radio Klub Inc.

A festival which celebrates the rich history of the community and the past “Badger Drive.” The “Badger Drive” was a log drive which took place on the Exploits River between Badger and Grand Falls between 1908 and 1991. All of the pulpwood from Millertown to Badger had to pass through this area. To facilitate this, hundreds of men were employed to keep the logs flowing down the river.
